[Njtechdiv] Captcha

Kevin, what version of Firefox do you use? I find the latest (58.0.2) is 
not usable/compatible with JAWS yet, and therefore have the ESR version 
but am finding it doesn't cooperate all the time, especially with the 
"I'm not a robot" checkbox. I type in my zip, type in the "+4" (I assume 
they want the postal code, right?) but can't seam to check the box and 
press submit. I also wonder if JAVA or Flash is needed? I hope not. do 
you (or anyone else) know?

Internet explorer sometimes does that to me so I use Firefox and it
works great.
