Subject: [Njtechdiv] Looking for Information On Orcam Glasses.

Hi All,

Does anyone have & use or know about something called “Orcam My Eyes”
glasses for people who are blind or low-vision? My friend who is losing her
sight from Macula Degeneration has heard about them and is interested in
getting a demonstration before possibly purchasing them. They have a pretty
hefty price tag so I’d like to find out as much about these glasses and the
company that makes them. I was wondering if anyone in the group has
experience with them and can give any positives or negatives on their use?
Also does anyone know of a distributor in the area that would come to
someone's home and demo them?

They are not the Aira glasses. Thanks in advance for any input that can be
provided.

Eileen
