[Njtechdiv] Outlook question - long addresses

I'm on a few NFB listserves, and some of the email addresses that come
through are very long.  It's the first thing I hear when scrolling through
my list of emails.  Some of them are so long I just delete before I get to
the subject.

For example, jane_doe via NFB-krafters-korner [NFB-krafters-corner].

I'm using Outlook 2010 and Jaws.  Is there a setting in outlook to maybe put
the subject first, or somehow shorten the addresses it's reading?
