[NJTechDiv] NOAA weather radio on an echo?

Hi list ken here.  We have the potential for bad weather today and tonight likely impacting my radio show.  Since NOAA weather radio isn’t on in NYC and since I can’t read emergency alerts on my cell when they beep in a question. Does anyone know how to bring in the Howell township NOAA weather radio WXM 60. I have asked for NOAA radio and get a station from the south.  And when asking by call letters alexa gives me something else.  The weather on alexa doesn’t broadcast any emergency weather warnings.  It will tell you if there is one when you ask for the current weather, but I will need to know a warning as it is coming in especially during my show tonight in the event I might have to stop a show right now.  A tornado warning as an example.  Any ideas?
