I hope this isn’t too late to be of help, but this morning on the Radio, during a news cast, they said that NORAD is once again tracking the progress of Santa. 

Having never used it I WASN’T sure what to do to find it so ran a search for “Track Santa’s progress with NORAD?” and got the below web address which might be helpful to you:
