Is this person a Jaws user or other screen reader or are they using magnification? I’ve not had the problem, but could it be possible the Jaws cursor is on instead of the PC cursor?

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen or heard of this problem I'm
having, I just got off the phone with the Microsoft disability support
and besides not being able to understand the person, he didn't
understand my problem.
Whenever I go into a word doc, my focus moves from where I start
typing to another part of the screen. So, for example, if I'm taking
notes on this Braille book I ordered, it says:
Tip 1: Sweet potatoes are a nutritional all-star, one of the best
vegetables you can eat.
Tip 2: Fat-free (skim) milk or low-fat (1%) milk is an excellent sou
Here for example, it might move to somewhere in the tip 1 line and
continue with the rest of the line: rce of calcium, vitamins and
protein with little or no artery-clogging saturated fat and
cholesterol.

This is the only way for me to explain what's happening without
pasting an attachment of one of my docs to show you.

If anyone can offer some advice or a solution I'd be very appreciative.

thanks all :)

Liz
