[Njtechdiv] about windows ten question

hello its lester  

this is in windows ten and jaws 18 and outlook  16

my question is this I have the letter A   but it does not say A

my computer does not say A it says aut  

Is there  a way to make it say A  

if you use it in a word like at or apple it says it right  

or if you read it in a sentence  but if you do it letter by letter it says
aut or if you are writing a word it will say aut but if you read the word it
is o k and sounds good
