Les, to make sure I'm understanding what you want to know, you want to 
hear JAWS announce the number of the email out of the total number of 
emails you recieved in the inbox, suchas email sender, date, etc, 1 of 5 
or 2 of 5?

if this is what you're asking, what does JAWS say if you press insert+tab?
