[Njtechdiv] Syncing Purchases Between Apple IDs

Hello All.

I recently changed my Apple ID, and I was told that purchases do not sync across Apple IDs.  Just to make sure, is there any way to have my purchased apps associated with my new Apple ID?  Apps such as KNFB Reader are quite expensive, and I would prefer to purchase it again.  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
