Hi list on the issue of NVDA reading and not reading frames the best option is to move between them in any browser use the letter M. when moving backward to the previous frame simply shift plus M.  my former roommate from the oakhill school for the blind does say that you probably don’t want to not know where frames are.  It is a bit confusing because no screen reader reads what is in a frame that’s why sometimes reading some websites you’ll hear NVDA read add frames it sounds like it’s in two, three for more frames as once and when the advertising content ends it will say out of frame multiple times. But best thing to do is move between the frames M to go forward shift plus M to go back. Just like you would with headings H goes forward shift plus H to go back.
