Hello Its Lester 

can some one help me step by  step  to down loading books from bard 

I can get to bard I also can move around bard but it is the down loading  is
the problem 

this is on my windows ten with outlook 16 and jaws 18 

this is where I have a problem its asking for me to go to a web site but not
each time I down load a book 

I say no and it takes me back to the beginning 

help not a word to read o my
