[Njtechdiv] does anyone know what is happening?

Hi list this morning something strange started happening on my cell newsline, Barbara finan, and the national weather service all for no apparent reason are disconnecting I hear a beeping sound a rapid series of beeps maybe four or five beeps. My phone indicates three and four bar signals and full  battery I can’t hold calls and this just started today.  Any ideas?  Don’t have a pair of eyes to tell me what is happening.
