[NJTechDiv] Looking for some advice

I just wanted to add to this briefly: JAWS 2020 will be coming out very, very soon, probably as soon as tomorrow or Monday. If you're licensed for 2020, you might even hold off downloading/installing JAWS until then.  If you're not licensed for 2020, then download 2019 and re-install.
