I have to say that I did call Microsoft Accessibility on Friday and they
were a tremendous help to me and fixed my problem. It appears that my jaws
2019 became a corrupted file: it just was not working efficiently the entire
time with office 365. I am back for now using 2018 which is working
beautifully with 365.
Thanks to all that gave great advice.
