Hi Eileen.
I’ve found it useful to get into something, like Chrome, then hit insert-h for Jaws help. I haven’t done it for Chrome, but I have for IE, and among the things it tells me how to do is navigate tables.
I remember that something like alt-control-arrow moves down a table row. There are other commands to read headers and such.
Anyway, give Jaws help a try. Tables can be very confusing, especially ones with lots of columns.

Subject: [NJTechDiv] How Do You Navigate Tables On The Net?
Hi All,
I need some pointers in using Jaws on Google Chrome & the Shoprite web site. On the ShopRite web site when I place a grocery order on-line, at the boint I want to review my cart and items in it, the web site displays all the items in a table format.
I know I can right and left arrow through them, but I find it very confusing and am not really clear on what happens as I try advancing or go backwards through the list. Can any one tell me how to best navigate through the table format?
Another issue is that the site displays a lot of items it thinks I’d be interested in and they to are not only in the table format, but mashed right either in or above the actual items I want to buy. This makes finding the start of the items in my cart very difficult. Any advice on how I can get directly to the beginning of my order items?
Thanks for any tips you can offer.
Eileen
