[NJTechDiv] Looking for some advice

hi, I recently installed office 365 on my personal laptop. It really has not been working proficiently and now my jaws Will not turn on no matter what I do, I am at a total loss, I do know the computer is on, I can see it and the windows do change if I Altaba but there’s no way I can get the jaws on even went into the context menu and nothing happened, any advice would be appreciated
