Hey guys,
I?m not sure if first letter navigation works the same in email list. It
does work in most lists like your documents or any list in file explorer,
but from what I understand email lists are different. I?m not familiar with
Windows live, so Lester you can let us know if it works Or not.
hope all of you and your families are doing well. Stay safe.

Hi, yes, you can use first-letter navigation. Whenever you're in a list
of any files, you can press the first letter to jump to the first file
beginning with that letter. Subsequent presses will jump to each file.

It is a crash for sure.? Yes, a power spike could cause it but it's hard
to say.? I would unplug the actual unit, reset the router, plug it all
back in and then do a reset through the app. It's a strange issue.
