[NJTechDiv] making sounds in deleteing a email

Hello I have windows ten jaws 18 and outlook 16. How do u get the conputer to speak as you delete a email 
I can get in to the program but I can’t find how I lock in the sound 
all it does is said eap. already tried sound setting in control panel .
is there a setting in jaws for the delete sound
