[NJTechDiv] lost all my voices.

Hi tech division ken here just now ran windows update no problem it installed and when I restarted it said working on updates nothing unusual but then it said cleaning up.  I didn’t think much of it until I entered my password and NVDA started.   What it cleaned up was all the voice packages I had installed from narrator.  So now I’m stuck with the original voices all of which I hate.  Tech talk on out of sight couldn’t help so how do I get to the narrator to add more voices to the system?  Can’t do it now have a radio show in 15 minutes.
