[NJTechDiv] no icon for zoom

Assuming you're using Windows 10:

Hit the Windows key until you hear "Search".  Tab or down-arrow to "All
Apps".

Type Z for Zoom and point to the Zoom app.

Hit either the applications key or shift F10.  My app key is between alt and
control to the right of the spacebar.

This should bring up a menu.  Arrow down to either Pin to or Send to, and
you should see where you can pin the app to either the taskbar or the
desktop.

There is no icon for zoom on desk top or task bar how can we put one on?
