[NJTechDiv] alerts on alexa.

Hi folks ken here have a problem I have to bring denise lesko into meetings and things like the presidential releases by having her use her alexa to call me then I dial into zoom three way.   Not a problem but shortly after 8:00 eastern she has several alerts there and no matter what she tries her alexa won’t shut up it keep bugging her over and over until she has no choice but hang up and when she does of course now I can’t get her back into the event.  She missed most of the general sessions during national because of this.  She can’t seem to cancel alerts and for some reason the alert keeps repeating.  I have a song quiz alert but when the alert goes it repeat onece and that is that alexa goes right back to what it’s doing but this won’t s up and she can’t cancel it.  The only thing I can tell her is she has to cancel all of them does anyone know how she can fix this problem so she can stay in events.  Only thing I can figure is she has more than one notification close together. But alexa won’t shut up.  What can she do and how does she cancel or change an alert.
