A few days ago there was I guess an update in Bard, my Victor reader stream said that the Internet to board was down and you could contact. And then it got up again. But after that with both Victor reader stream I can not download from board as well as I used to, it does two things. It either stays on the same percent digit on the same percent, or it goes up to 99% and says download felt. I am so concerned about what’s going on! I tried to call them for three days and didn’t get an answer. I just sent an email to them, and thankful I’m so thankful about that!!! So I just want you to know you’re not alone! Thank you! Laurie.
