Yeah, if you're wanting something with a QWERTY keyboard, that's basically your only option.  Hims sells the QBraille, which is a sort of "half-and-half" display.  it has a Braille keyboard for entering text, but it also has, for instance, function keys, the Windows key, Alt, Ctrl, etc.  A lot of people have said that the placement of the space bar is impractical, though.
