[NJTechDiv] Problem with my iPhone

Hi all,

For the past few days, I have been noticing that the dictation feature is no longer enabled on my iPhone, and now the keyboard is not showing up for me to type on screen.  I have to use a bluetooth keyboard to input anything on the screen, but is the two finger double tap gesture to start and stop dictation gone?  Any help would be appreciated.
