Yes, the Apple Watch works very well with the iPhone. In fact, for most watch set up, you need your iPhone. I have the Apple Watch four, and it is one of the best devices I own. If you are a voiceover user, I would suggest getting an Apple Watch four or later. Voice over would be very slow with a three or lower. You can easily find pricing online. You may want to go to Best Buy or Walmart for deals. Good luck.
