which program is he using to play the music, or what program is playing 
the music?

could you have meant that the music is going into the library of which 
ever program is playing the music?

My husband has a new Windows 10 PC.  He played some music on it, and now
the music he played is in the Windows Explorer list.

He doesn’t want it to be there.  Why is it there, and how can he stop it?
