[NJTechDiv] Labeling pictures on the iPhone

According to a recent workshop I took, and a little experimenting, you do a
2-finger double tap and hold on the thing you want to label. An edit box
comes up. It seems to work for anything: buttons, pictures, whatever. So
that's a double tap with 2 fingers, but you keep your fingers down after the
2nd tap. The phone makes 3 beeps, then the edit box comes up.
There was a way to tap an image and get SeeingAI to describe it, but I can't
make that happen, if anyone knows how to do that.
