Steve, if you need to do this on occasion, you can use the suggestion
from Tracy, Kevin, or other web based services, but if you're in need of
doing conversions more often, you might consider using a program like
the free Switch audio converter from:

I don't know how JAWS or screen reader friendly it is these days, but
consider giving it a try.
