[NJTechDiv] how did a call get through

To have Do Not Disturb never let calls go through, do the following:
Open Settings.
Open Do Not Disturb.
You will find something that says Silence.  After that, you will find
the choices Always or while iPhone is locked.  You want to tap on
Always.
