It's not free, but it's really cheap. I like Sero, which costs about $5 a month. It has a section for audio-described TV, and another for audio-described movies. It's audio only; no video, but, since I can't see the video anyway, I don't care about it.
However, I bet it wouldn't be too hard to learn how to use the remote for the TV you've already got. When I get a new remote, I get someone to describe the layout to me, and I take notes about what's where. And I look at the TV listings on NFB Newsline to figure out if anything is on I feel like watching.

hey, I don’t know how to forward or compose letters and emails. When I try the letter is blank or the subject matter goes in the wrong keyboard and the message goes in the wrong keyboard. But what I wanted to write about is if you want free TV on an iPod touch besides YouTube to be hoopla what would be the best way to get it and please tell me what you know about it? Thank you very much. I don’t use the regular TV at home, they’re too many channels and I don’t know how to use the remote. My mother is quite busy please and thank you!!!
