[NJTechDiv] what is a web n are

A webinar is just like a Zoom call, except you're automatically muted and
you don't send video.  On webinars I've been on, people send questions
through Zoom chat.  The presenters can send links and such back to the chat,
but I still have never been able to use those.

Mostly I just listen to whatever the presenter has to say.  The presenters
can also show video or screen share, but I don't care about that since I
can't see it.
