Thanks. I’m using NVDA on my laptop, but an old version of Jaws on my desktop. Can I still use NVDA Remote to get from my laptop to my desktop?

You can use software to remotely connect to a computer. If you are using JAWS, there is tandem. If you are using NVDA, there is NVDA remote. A good thing about NVDA Remote is that you can set NVDA remote to automatically allow connections. That way, you can connect to the computer whenever you want without actually needing to physically do anything on the computer you want to connect to. If you don’t use JAWS or NVDA, I think Team Viewer works pretty well.

If I set up a home network, can I run software on one computer from another computer? Can I essentially remote in to another PC, if I want to? My old desktop has several programs that are not on my new laptop, but sometimes I just can’t stand being in my home office another minute.
