Thanks Rick. Does auto-scroll work with Kindle books? I have never tried
to get Voiceover to read continuously, either with speech or braille.

Hi Tracy,
I read Kindle books in Braille all the time. I have the app on my phone,
which is connected via bluetooth to my Braille display, including the
EReader. The pages turn automatically.

I'd like to read a book that isn't available from either NLS or Bookshare.
It is available in Kindle, but I've never used that. I guess I'd run Kindle
on my iPhone.
Could I use it with a braille display paired with my phone, like the
eReader? I gather that's not as simple as reading an NLS or Bookshare book,
and I'd have to do something special every time I turned the page?
And, if I didn't use the braille display, then I'd just get the crummy
speech from Voiceover or whatever? OK for lots of things, but not so great
for recreational reading.
Anyone have experience with Kindle books?
Tracy
