[NJTechDiv] My iPhone SE won't ring; help, pls.

Hi, I  am using the latest version of ios 14 on my iPhone SE. My phone
will not ring. Here's what I have done so far:
Turned off Do Not Disturb
Allowed Everyone to be able to call
But I  cannot turn off  Silence. I  have tapped around and gotten to
Never as a choice. But I  cannot change the "always" to "Never". I
have selected the old-fashioned phone ring but all my phone does is
gently buzz and most times, I  miss the call.
Any suggestions?
