HumanWare is currently selling it for $425 before tax. When I purchased it
during the 2014 NFB national convention, after a discount and tax it came to
$341.33. After 7 years of service and acquiring the Victor Reader Trek
(which is similar to the Victor Reader Stream 2nd generation with the
addition of it acting as a GPS device and it has Bluetooth capability), I am
ready to sell my Victor Stream.

 

As I stated in a previous email, the only glitch with my Victor Stream is
that the only way to get any audio output is by plugging in either a pair of
headphones or an external speaker (one that can plug into a headphone jack).
I am offering $100 for it (price is negotiable).

Greetings to all,

 

I recently acquired a Victor Reader Trek and am enjoying it so far. With
that said, I am ready to part with my ever reliable, dependable Victor
Reader Stream 2nd generation, which has been serving me well for seven
years.

 

The Stream is in good working order with one minor glitch. (It is a senior
you know!)  In order to hear the sound, you need to plug in either a pair of
headphones or an external speaker via the headphone jack located directly to
the right of the SD card slot.

 

I am including with the Stream,  a 4 GB SD card, but it can also take an SD
card up to 32 GB.

 

I am asking $100 for it, but open to negotiation.
