[NJTechDiv] a TTY/iPhone question

Hi list ken here.  While poking around on my iPhone I have seen the RTT/TTY settings option.  If it’s like that Samsung flipphone I had if I was to turn it on I would use TTY full.  Got a question.  I have a deaf/blind friend that I went to school with years ago.  Apparently jane saw the article I had drafted for the braille monitor talking about her.  My question is if the braille Ereader is paired with the iPhone which mine is, can I use it as a TTY device and if so would I get both braille and verbal feedback when my friend typed something on her TTY.  In other words can I maybe call this friend independently without the NJ relay?
