[NJTechDiv] windows 11?

Microsoft just announced Windows 11.  Really, we don't know much more than that at this point.  There's some info from Microsoft <https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11> about Windows 11. As for accessibility, we don't know much yet.  Not many people have been able to test Windows 11, so there's not a lot of information available yet.
