[NJTechDiv] need help opening a attachment

After you open an email message containing an attachment, press SHIFT+TAB
once to get to the line listing the attachments.

Once on the attachment you want to open, press the APPLICATIONS key to open
the context window (same as if you right click with the mouse).

After arrowing up or down with the arrow keys, press ENTER on Open and the
attached file will open.
