If you can’t get the computer to do anything. I would forcefully turn it
off by holding the power button until it shuts off. And then reboot it
and see what happens. And pray it didn’t break anything. LOL

I have tried every combination of keys trying to do everything I know
and the windows or rather the screen does not change, how do you use the
task manager I have no clue

Hi, I have my work lap top and it is stuck on the
zoomtextscreen.Nothing I try to do will change the screen.I am
unable to get to the desk top or even shut down.Any clue what is
happening?Previously on Friday it began updates, can it still be updating?
