to open the task manager, press control+shift+escape. you should be in a 
list of the processes that are active on your computer.

did the task manager open, and if so, are you in the list of processes? 
if not, I can Tandem to you and check out what's up.

I have tried every combination of keys trying to do everything I know
and the windows or rather the screen does not change, how do you use
the task manager I have no clue

Hi, I have my work lap top and it is stuck on the
zoomtextscreen.Nothing I try to do will change the screen.I am
unable to get to the desk top or even shut down.Any clue what is
happening?Previously on Friday it began updates, can it still be
