To remove a contact in Outlook, do the following:
When you are in Outlook and in Inbox or other folder, do the following:
Press Control 3.
Use the arrow keys to find a conntact you want to delete.
Press Applications key or Shift F10.
Down arrow to Delete.
Press Enter.
