Hi guys.

Just now I tried messing around with the touch cursor.  It didn't seem to help, though it showed me a link I didn't find otherwise.  I used the braille display to click on the link, which didn't seem to do anything, but when I hit enter on the login button I got into my account.  I don't know if what I did helped, or if the capcha only had to be gotten past once.  Wish I knew, but I got in.  Beats me.

What I forgot to mention yesterday. There seems to be a newer version of the captcha out there. The newer version does not have the audio sampling to type in the key phrase anymore. It looks like you have to register on the captcha website. personally to me, I find it very annoying and goodness only knows what kind of privacy implications is in this. Just wanted to let you know if you did come across this newer version of the CapTcha. Hope this kind of helps.

My husband tried paying PSEG through Alexa but every time we tried to pay it, we had to register it each time.Now I call the payment in and don’t have to deal with that.

Maybe by "recaptcha" they mean, we won't let you log in! That's how they protect the site:)

Anyone else have a PSE&G account?We want to pay our bill online, and created an account, but when we try to log in, it says "protected by recaptcha”, and there is no captcha, no audio, no "I am not a robot” checkbox, no nada.My husband had AIRA join him through Teamviewer, and they didn’t see the captcha, either.The only way that worked was for the AIRA agent to login to our account herself and make the payment, which is way less than ideal. 

I tried with Firefox and Chrome, and no joy with either.I suppose I could try with the iPhone app, but I’m not real keen on that.

If anyone else has gotten past their "protection” please let me know your secret.
