But just to be on the safe side, I want to copy the Tech listserv to ask our tech-experts (texperts?) if they would please check my work. 
Will Angela be able to use any headphone with her laptop, or does she need to know what brand of laptop she has, will the plug fit the port, etc.?

Hello Ruth  no the head phones do not work.  There is no microphone on it. Can you please help me order the right ones. Thanks
