[NJTechDiv] default browser

1. Press Windows key + I for Settings.
2. Tab 1 time to System, right arrow to Apps and press enter.
3. Tab 1 time into the list, down arrow to Default Apps and press enter.
4. Tab to Web Browser...button and press the spacebar or enter to open.
5. Now tab or shift + tab to Google Chrome, press enter to select and 
close.
It should now read Web Browser Google Chrome button.
6. You can Alt+F4 to close because you're done.

If it doesn't work, please let the list know.
