[NJTechDiv] reading what was selected using Jarte

Janie, using JAWS 2022, the problem I have with Jarte is that after 
selecting some text, pressing insert+shift+down arrow does not make JAWS 
read what was selected. Do you have a fix for this problem?

My husband hates the ribbons he sees everywhere in Windows10.  He’d like
to change to what I suppose would be the classic view.  He’s running
Jaws and Windows10.

He Googled, and it said he had to download some app, but that doesn’t
sound right.  Anyone know what to do, if it can be done?
