[NJTechDiv] Making Zoom more chatty

I recently installed Zoom on my new desktop, and I used it yesterday for a
small meeting.  It wasn't saying who was coming and going, and it wasn't
reading the chat.  How can I make it do those things?  In a small meeting, I
like to know those things.  

I looked at the Zoom options I had, and didn't see anything helpful.  Is it
a Jaws setting? 

I am running the latest version of Jaws with Windows 10.  I suppose my
version of Zoom is also up-to-date, as I only installed it about a month
ago, maybe less.
