Windows 10 ISO is usually a Windows 10 installer. An ISO is a disk image, so Microsoft just packages the installer as a disk image.

Edge is a web browser. It's similar to Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc. Microsoft intends to replace Internet Explorer with Edge, and this has been in the works for quite a long time. JAWS and NVDA work very well with Edge.
