[NJTechDiv] what is Emmerson reader

This is a reader that is built into Microsoft edge web browser.  If you have
launched Microsoft edge and are trying to read a page aloud, you can get
this reader which sounds like a human voice, to read the page.  After you
have launched the page you want to read, simply press f 9 and that will
bring up the reader dialogue.  Tab to read aloud and press the spacebar and
it will begin to read the text aloud to you in a human sounding voice.

Note: This program does not work with google crome, only the edge browser.
