[NJTechDiv] Uber tip and rating window

People on the NFBCS list are reporting that the Uber tips and ratings window
only stays open for 5 seconds, no matter what you do.  They're not sure if
the problem was caused by updating to the latest iOS or to the latest
version of the Uber app.  People who haven't updated yet are not having the
problem.
