[NJTechDiv] Texts with links

I asked about this before, and I thought I got it, but clearly not.  

Last week, I got 2 texts with links in them, but I wasn't able to follow the
link.  

This is what I did:

Open the text.

Change the rotor to Links and swipe down with 1 finger until I was on the
link (I thought).

Double tap.

 

Nada.

I also tried changing the rotor again to Actions, once I was on the link,
but that didn't work either.  

Where am I going wrong?
